In the fast-moving world of today, amidst the hustle and bustle of our lives, we forget that in order to cope with the stresses of the speedily changing times, taking care of ourselves, both physically as well as mentally, is of utmost priority.

The Ladies Mekhela-Sador 10k run is an initiative to promote fitness amongst the womenfolk of this region by encouraging them to make running an integral activity of their lives. With this run, we hope to share the message that physical fitness is not attire-dependent. 

We will later endeavor to work towards making running an important aspect of our life through training, meetings and events.

This event is an initiative in the hope that ladies will be motivated to dedicate sometime everyday to the well being of their health. It can be done because what we take up we have the power to attain it!

We also hope the event will be the perfect stress buster for the ladies post the Board Exams of their children.
